1. Refund Principle

1.1 Social media digital products are virtual goods. Once the card/key data is delivered, it will be deleted, and the transaction is considered complete. Generally, refunds are not supported.
1.2 7KF Digital Store guarantees authentic, legal, and usable products. Refunds may be requested if there are major quality issues or if the product significantly differs from the description.

2. Refund Conditions

Orders may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

The product has technical issues that prevent its use;
The product significantly differs from the page description;
Product quality or account/password errors prevent normal use;
Delivery failure occurs due to force majeure, such as server attacks, maintenance, or migration.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Personal reasons after purchase (change of mind, dislike, operational errors, etc.);
Failure to follow 7KF Digital Store instructions for proper product use;
The product has been successfully logged in or used, or damaged/blocked due to the user’s actions.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Users must contact customer support after purchase and provide the order number, purchase email, and payment transaction screenshots.
4.2 7KF Digital Store will review refund requests within 24 hours of receipt; non-working days may delay review up to 48 hours.
4.3 Upon approval, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. The time for funds to reach the account depends on the payment channel.

5. Special Notes

For account or virtual service products, account verification or service suspension may be required before refunding to prevent misuse.
7KF Digital Store reserves the right to take action against malicious refund requests.

6. Policy Modifications

7KF Digital Store reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and take effect immediately upon publication.
