Facebook Business Manager (BM) – How to Link a Personal Facebook Account

Step 1: Log in to Facebook

Open Facebook and log in to your personal account.

Step 2: Access Business Manager

Enter Facebook Business Manager.

Step 3: Join Business Manager

Click “Join Business”, then enter the invitation link or email address and accept the invitation.

Step 4: Add a Personal Account

In BM, go to Business Settings.

Select Users and click Add.

Enter the email address associated with your personal Facebook account, select the appropriate role, such as Admin or Employee, and click Next to complete the setup.

Step 5: Confirm the Connection

Confirm that your personal Facebook account has been successfully linked to the BM and has the required permissions.

After completing these steps, your personal Facebook account will be linked to the Business Manager.

• Permission Management: Assign appropriate permissions to reduce security risks.
• Account Security: Regularly check the security settings of both BM and your personal Facebook account.
• Performing bulk actions immediately after login, such as mass likes or messages, or changing profile information such as avatar, name, password, email, or phone number, may trigger account restrictions.
• Logging into multiple accounts from the same device or IP may trigger risk controls and potentially result in multiple account restrictions.
• Do not log in from devices or IP environments that have previously been restricted or flagged.
